DELIVERY

The buyer decides on the method of delivery of the goods purchased from the online store (pick up myself, courier, transport company, etc.) during the order process and bears the transport costs.

Infigo Group uses cooperation partners (third parties) to deliver the goods to the Buyer.

All prices in the online store are in euros (€) and are listed next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the prices.

Orders will be subject to additional shipping costs as shown in the online store when confirming the order.

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order. It is not possible to change the delivery address later.

Infigo Group delivers the goods to the door of the address provided by the customer. When purchasing larger quantities, please let us know before confirming the order if the customer needs a truck with a tailgate to unload the goods. Please also let us know if the ordered goods need to be delivered to a higher floor than 1-e. Send this information to: shop@yourpack.eu .

The expected delivery time of the goods is 1 – 2 weeks.

In the event that the delivery time of the goods ordered by the Buyer is longer than expected and it must be ordered from a special manufacturer/supplier, Infigo Group will inform the Buyer of this within two working days via email. At the same time, the Buyer is informed of the deadline for the delivery of the ordered goods.

In the event that the Buyer loses interest in purchasing the goods due to a longer deadline for the delivery of the goods, the Buyer has the right to cancel their order and the amount paid by the Buyer (including the cost of transport) will be returned to the Buyer's current account.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the ordered goods immediately upon receiving them. In the event that, upon receiving the goods, the Buyer discovers differences in its completeness or quantity, substandard quality or other differences of the goods compared to the description provided in the online store or the order submitted by them, the Buyer must report this immediately by e-mail: shop@yourpack.eu .

If the goods ordered by the Buyer are delivered by an employee of a postal company or transport company, the Buyer accepts the goods by signing the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, the Buyer must check for correct completeness and quantity, as well as for damage and spoilage. Should this be the case, a corresponding remark must be made on the delivery note and we must be notified immediately by email: shop@yourpack.eu .

The liability for accidental destruction and damage to the goods is transferred to the Buyer upon delivery of the products to the place specified in the order.
